Website hosting and domain fees are not included in this offer, and a minimum of 1 year of hosting is required.

All sites will be built on the Wix platform.

eCommerce sites are not included in this offer but can be built via a standard quote.

Should you require website maintenance, we can provide a quote for that monthly fee.

Customer image editing is not included.

Customers are required to provide content with our guidance as needed. If you wish for us to create all the content, there is an extra fee.

Adding or editing customer video is not included.

A limited set of plug-ins are included e.g., Calendar/Calendly. Other plug-ins requiring more configurations are not included but can be added at an extra fee.

Customers are expected to have a proper logo for the site; if none is available, we can create one at an extra fee.

Customers are responsible for providing any legal notices they wish to have on the site. We can provide some recommended resources for review; however, we do not provide legal advice.

Customers are required to be available during the build process and carve out time to work with our designers when needed so the site can be completed as soon as possible.

Neither of the 2 pages on the site shall have more than 7 sections.

Project timelines: Customers must agree to a project timeline upon commencement. Delays in providing necessary materials or feedback may result in project delays or project cancellation

Once payment is made and project commences, there is no refund

Liability: McFarlane Marketing is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by delays, website downtime, or any other issues related to the website build and post-launch.

McFarlane Marketing reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in the offer details, eligibility criteria, and the number of available spots. We also reserve the right to terminate the offer early or extend it at our discretion. Our decision in any matter related to this offer will be final and binding
