Vision
Leverage strong brand associations and humanize the hospital
to increase awareness of the SHC service line.
Execution
Created special radio and online campaign entitled “Profiles In Health” to air in drive times and adjacent to health programming on KCBS and KCBS.com to reach adults 35-64 throughout Northern California. Branded micro-site was built on KCBS.com to integrate the campaign.
Results
SHC reports that patient inquiries rise significantly, as much as 100%, during radio flights. The campaign was the first for hospitals in Northern California to take the educational, humanistic approach and has been imitated by many competitors since.
