Marilou McFarlane

With over 20 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience, Marilou has always approached savvy marketing and advertising media strategy with enthusiasm and passion. Her intimate knowledge of all forms of media from the inside out sets her apart. As a collegiate and former marathon runner and youth soccer coach, Marilou relishes establishing the “training plan”, putting in the hard work and helping her clients achieve their goals.

Marilou has the marketing vision and the tactical abilities needed to ensure impact and results—plus the personality and network to bring energy to the process itself. She has the close relationships necessary to pull in top creative and qualitative research talent that is the best match for each individual client and project.

Her corporate marketing and advertising campaign experience include senior positions with Turner Broadcasting and CBS Radio in San Francisco before hanging out her own shingle. A life-long Tar Heel from Chapel Hill, Marilou graduated from the University of North Carolina with a B.S. in Business Administration.

Marilou enjoys life in Mill Valley with her firefighter husband, two soccer-playing daughters, and a sweet black dog named Poppy who goes with her everywhere—including places she shouldn't.
